Chris and Idie Hastings, chef and co-owners of the nationally celebrated Hot and Hot Fish Club and Ovenbird in Birmingham, Alabama, along with Tom and Susan Curtin of DuMol Wines hosted a magnificent fundraising dinner with a southern flair featuring seasonal, local ingredients on August 6th at the Lake Martin Campus’ Galley.
